These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Baseball Connect website, services, and products offered by Baseball Connect LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software — is the property of Baseball Connect LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts

Baseball Connect offers multiple tiers of access:

– BC Launch (Free): A free account that provides access to BC Launch educational video content and basic job board browsing.

– CareerPro ($79.99, one-time payment): A paid tier that provides enhanced job board features, including daily or weekly job alerts, AI-powered resume review, personal application tracking via The Dugout, and LinkedIn networking search tools.

– Breaking Into Baseball Course ($125, one-time payment): A paid course that provides access to expert-designed course materials, modules, lessons, and quizzes designed to help you pursue a career in professional baseball.

You may use an existing account to access any tier. Creating multiple accounts per person is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Payments and Pricing

– CareerPro is available for a one-time payment of $79.99.

– Breaking Into Baseball Course is available for a one-time payment of $125.

– All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (including Stripe). We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

– Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any reason once payment has been made for either CareerPro or the Breaking Into Baseball Course.

– You are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency exchange costs associated with your purchase.

– We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Access to Paid Content

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the applicable content (CareerPro features or Course materials) for as long as the product exists on the platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. Course materials and CareerPro tools are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

6. Job Board

Baseball Connect provides a Baseball Operations job board that is updated daily using automated tools. Please be aware of the following:

– Baseball Connect is not an employer. Job listings displayed on the Site are sourced from third-party career pages. We aggregate these listings as a convenience to our users.

– We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any job listing. Listings may be removed or changed by the originating employer at any time.

– Applying to a job through an external link takes you to a third-party site. Your interaction with that site is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

– CareerPro job alerts and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery timing or completeness of alerts.

7. AI-Powered Tools

CareerPro includes AI-powered features such as the AI Resume Reviewer. These tools are provided for informational and guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee that following AI-generated suggestions will result in employment or interviews. You are solely responsible for the content of your resume and any applications you submit.

8. Email Communications and Newsletters

By creating an account or subscribing to our email list, you may receive email communications from Baseball Connect, including newsletters, job alerts, product updates, and marketing content. These emails are managed through third-party email service providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Transactional emails related to your account or purchases may still be sent.

9. User-Generated Content and Comments

The Site may allow you to post comments, feedback, or other content. By posting, you grant Baseball Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Site. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion and without notice.
